Legalify uses cookies and similar storage technologies primarily for security, authentication, and core service functionality.

2. Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled in-app:

• Session and authentication cookies used by Auth.js login/session flow.
• Security-related cookies required for session integrity and access control.

3. Billing-Related Cookies

Stripe may set cookies during checkout and payment confirmation flows to support secure payment processing and fraud prevention.

4. Analytics and Advertising

Legalify does not currently use advertising trackers. Optional analytics cookies are not enabled by default in the current implementation.

5. Consent and Control

Essential cookies are used on the basis of service necessity. If non-essential cookies are introduced in the future, Legalify will apply consent controls required by applicable law.
